P.Park NJ is a permitted facility that is currently conducting the reclamation of an approximately 78 acre site (a former Quarry) located in Prospect Park, NJ. P.Park NJ is currently receiving NJ residential soil as well as Class B material which is recycled and turned into products for heavy construction use.
P.Park NJ has just opened its material supply to assist both residents with their home products as well as local contractors. With easy access, we have the ability to supply the sand, stone and gravel to meet your construction needs.
Our Mission
P.Park NJ is currently conducting the reclamation of an approximately 78 acre site (a former Quarry) located in Prospect Park, NJ. The reclamation plan has been developed to allow P.Park NJ to accept approximately 15 million Cubic yards of material to reclaim the location. Our mission is to provide a platform for a sustainable redevelopment which will reconnect the neighborhood businesses and community assets.
History
P.Park NJ took possession of the 78 acre site in July of 2012. Prior to P.Park NJ ownership, the site it was an active stone quarry from 1901-2010 that mined approximately 30,000,000 cubic yards of basalt material.
In 2021, we partnered with the CDE Group and our affiliate Posillico Wash Plant, we engineered and designed a high-capacity 120-ton-per-hour soil wash plant. This new addition significantly greatly enhances our recycling capabilities as a PROOF facility, bringing quality washed, recycled aggregates to the local market, paving a sustainable path for the construction industry.

A NJDEP Class B and A901 Permitted Recycling Center, P.Park NJ is approved to receive, store, process and transfer Concrete, Brick, Block & Asphalt as well as Soil and Mixed loads.
