P.Park NJ took possession of the 78 acre site in July of 2012. Prior to P.Park NJ ownership, the site it was an active stone quarry from 1901-2010 that mined approximately 30,000,000 cubic yards of basalt material.

In 2021, we partnered with the CDE Group and our affiliate Posillico Wash Plant, we engineered and designed a high-capacity 120-ton-per-hour soil wash plant. This new addition significantly greatly enhances our recycling capabilities as a PROOF facility, bringing quality washed, recycled aggregates to the local market, paving a sustainable path for the construction industry.
